Outcome

+46% conversion-rate uplift

After A/B testing the new homepage we were delighted with the results. Using Hotjar we saw users immediately go to the filter area we created, finding their desired service as quickly as possible. Compared to the old repair-services design — which used pixelated phone images instead of icons — the new version got used far more.

The mega-menu also turned out to be an incredible improvement. The CRO increased by 46% — more than we hoped for in such a short period. These results encouraged us and the client to keep going, focusing next on their products, services, and repairs.
